One of the services we offer here at Automotive Specialist is a simple Buyer’s Condition Check.  For $48 we will look at every nook and cranny of the vehicle searching for potential problems ranging from frame damage, previous bodywork, oil leaks, coolant leaks, window motors, door locks, tires, suspension, belts, hoses, and the list goes on and on.  We will make a list of all the problems it currently has along with a list of what expenses you will incur in the near future due to maintenance schedules. Once we have compiled a list of maintenance or repair items, we will bring you out to see the car and have you put your own eyes on these issues.

About Our Transmission Flushes (BG Power Flush and Fluid Exchange System)

Behind engine oil, Automatic Transmission fluid is perhaps the most cruicial fluid to a lasting and functional vehicle. It's easy to maintain and only has to be done every 40-60k miles.

The BG PF5 Power Flush and Fluid Exchange System dissolves and removes harmful deposits from critical transmission components and exchanges the old, oxidized ATF for new fluid of the exact specifications required by the car manufacturer. BG ATC Plus helps control transmission shudder and retards the formation of sludge and varnish deposits and prevents foaming.

BG Fuel/Air Induction Services
BG products will improve fuel economy, reduce environmentally damaging exhaust emissions, and restore the great fun of like-new driveability to your vehicle. How? Minor Ignition tune-ups will only replace the hard parts that wear; spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor caps and rotor. To complete the tune-up of your engine you need to take care of the rest of the engine which includes the cleaning of the intake manifold, throttlebody, pistons, valves, fuel injectors, intake runners and many sensors including your idle air control valves and more. Every car suffers from coking, the accumulation of carbon from the combustion process and this varnish buildup can greatly decrease engine performance, gas mileage and idle quality.

BG 44K® Power Enhancer safely, rapidly and thoroughly removes engine deposits in combustion chambers, intake manifolds, ports and on valves. It restores flow in fuel injectors and cleans the entire fuel system. BG 44K® Power Enhancer improves fuel economy and reduces exhaust emissions. It actually restores that “like new” driveability to an engine’s performance and keeps it running better, longer and more efficiently. Add one can or bottle to fuel tank at fill up.

BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner
BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner is a specially formulated blend of solvents‚ high molecular-weight dispersants and deposit control additives which will quickly, effectively and safely clean fuel injectors and help remove upper engine deposits. This product is designed to be used with the BG 9210 Inject-A-Flush® Apparatus and BG 44K‚® Part No. 208. BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner contains deposit control additives which “pre-soak” rock-hard valve deposits. This allows the powerful cleaning ingredients in BG 44K® to provide even more effective clean-up. Not harmful to any fuel system components including gaskets, hoses, metals, fuel tank bladders, fuel pumps, O-rings, etc.

BG Throttle Body & Intake Cleaner
Safely and rapidly removes accumulated deposits from the butterfly/throttle valve, throttle body and idle air control valves of the air induction system. Contains lubricants and anti-corrosion ingredients. Safe on oxygen sensors and catalytic converters.
